Job Description:-

• Monitoring calls and share the feedback with relevant client or agent.
• Ensure zero compliance issues in terms of call quality.
• Plan and implement strategies to improve overall process quality.
• Require minimum 1 year experience in the QA field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, Quality tools, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Identifying fatal errors and non-fatal errors impacting the process and take corrective/preventive action.
• Monitor agents to identify errors, deviations & initiate corrective measures.
• Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
• Good Verbal communication Skills in Hindi & English.
• Job Timing :- 9:00 Am To 6:00 Pm & 10:00 Am To 7:00 Pm
• Week Off:- Sunday
