Job Description:-

• Lead generation through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Data base Building.
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations and closing the deal.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key external influences and pitch about range of IT services to existing customers & prospects.
• Coordinate with various OEM's, Distributors related to product portfolio.
• Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Business Managers.
• Conduct Post Sale Follow Up (call customer to ensure welcome letter and contract start date are correct) in coordination with service delivery engineer as appropriate.
• Conduct regular customer review calls as per customer review procedure and follow up as necessary.
