• Handle document verification of JLG loans and handling insurance operations.
• Work closely with business, PDG, IT and vendor for new products getting launched and enhancement in existing systems used.
• Prepare and update Sops
• Co-ordinate with risk and compliance to get Sops approved.
• to work on operational excellence for error reductions.
• Skills required:
• Advance Excel knowledge is mandatory
