Requirement
1. Good Communication Skill (Hindi and English)
2. Confident to Speak on the phone and face to face
3. Presentable, well-groomed and confident with a smiling face.
4. Should be able to follow directions given by the director(S) of the company well.
Job Responsibility
As a spa manager, you are required to manage the staff properly
As a Spa Manager, you are required to great and welcome and Engage in smiling conversation with the Clients who come to the spa.
As a SPA Manager, make sure the SpA is clean and smelling nice and the spa music is playing every day.
Looking after the spa sales, ensuring that the guests have a pleasant experience and are happy with the services provided. A spa manager is responsible for supervising the staff that provides services to clients. These services include massages. Their job includes training staff, providing adequate supplies for services and marketing the company s services. If needed, the spa manager also might be responsible for accounting and the payroll of the staff. It is the spa manager s responsibility to ensure that spa services are rendered properly.
