* Knowledge of Job Portals, Job Posting, Advertisement through Social Media

* Daily Follow-Up, Line-Up, Mass Hiring, Candidate will be responsible for lining up candidates for open positions.

* Responsible for onboarding & Induction.

* Develop and monitor sourcing plans.

* Headhunting, Searching CV's from Job portals & generating references

* Creating & maintaining Database.
